I am the founder of Let’s Do It Right Events, the host and producer of Journey with Jai, and the creator behind The Becoming Signature Experience. Each part of my work carries the same intention: bring people together, create space for growth, and make the details matter.

Faith and resilience ground my perspective. Excellence guides my execution. Whether I’m leading an event, hosting a conversation, or speaking to a room, I want people to leave with something they can carry into their own lives.
